Orders are taken through the website. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation. We aim to deal with orders within two days. Our minimum order is £10. Please make sure to put your address when ordering.

Once the order has been processed, it will be put in the system for the night production for next day delivery. All our products are made fresh during the night by our bakers. As everything is made by hand, the shape and look of the products can vary. 

There is £2 delivery and handling fee as the order will be put in bags and boxes by our packing team. Delivery will be done between 8 am and 3pm. The driver will present you the order and take the basket away.

We deliver 7 days a week up the EH20.

We now offer the possibility to pick up your order free of charge from Cafe Praline 91 Leith Walk EH6 5RX. The pick up will be Friday and Saturday  between 10 am and 12 noon by appointment only.

We might have to remove products from orders if we found them not suitable due to quality or shortage in production. Please contact us by email if you are missing any items, we will either refund or deliver the following day.

We use paypal and Square as a platform payment. Payment has to be made at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right to change our prices to reflect any change in prices from our suppliers or improvement made to our products.
