Pâtisserie

Pastry Chef

We're looking for someone with a minimum of experience in baking and cooking. You'll be making tartlets, cakes, traybakes and croissants — and we'd love you to bring fresh ideas and new products to the team.

  • Experience in baking or cooking required
  • Shift starts 4pm · 9 hours · 5 days a week
  • Bakery operates 7 days a week
  • Creative mindset welcomed and encouraged

Boulangerie

Baker or Assistant Baker

Join our team of bakers working on bread and pastries. The role is focused on keeping our products fresh and getting them out for early morning delivery. Overnight shifts — good humour essential.

  • Experience as a baker required
  • Shift starts 6pm · finishes 3am · 5 days a week
  • Overnight working — freshness is everything
  • Great team spirit and sense of humour needed


Bakery Operations

Picking & Packing — Bakery Help

Help prepare customer orders before they go out for delivery and support the bakery team with cleaning after the bake. No experience needed — just reliability, a good work ethic and strong English.

  • No baking experience required
  • Shifts: 3am or 8–10am · 5 days a week
  • Weekend working included
  • Good English, reliable and hardworking


Café Praline · Leith Walk

Barista

Based at our café on Leith Walk, you'll be preparing coffee, hot drinks, sandwiches and desserts for our customers. We're looking for a polite, energetic person with good presentation and hospitality experience.

  • Based at 14 Leith Walk, Edinburgh
  • Hours given on a rota basis
  • Good English and presentation required
